1. Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Please keep in mind that custom designs are laborious, so prices and item completion timelines will reflect this. If you have an idea for what you want, send me a detailed description and/or sketch and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Are the packages insured?
Yes, I include insurance and tracking on all orders. I will send you the tracking number as soon as I ship out your item.
3. Can you gift wrap an item?
Absolutely! Please let me know when you order the item if you would like it wrapped.
4. Who made this piece of clothing/accessory/jewelry/etc.?
All items that say "Made in the US" are made in my studio. All items that say "Made in Peru" are made by a fair trade certified artisans.
5. When will I get my package?
You can expect your package to arrive in 10-15 business days from when your payment clears. For digital file orders, please allow up to 48 hours.
6. What is your refund/exchange policy?
If there's a problem with your order, please contact me within 10 days of receiving the item. If the item was as described, but you still want to send it back, the buyer must pay all shipping costs (including insurance) before the return/exchange will be processed. All custom orders are final sale.
7. Do you ship outside the US?
Sometimes. Please contact me with your location info for a quote. If you need the item by a certain date, please include that info, as well.
